MTFE کمپنی میں سرمایہ کاری کرنا کیسا ہے؟ یہ ایک ٹریڈنگ کمپنی ہے جس میں بذریعہ موبائل ایپ کام کرسکتے ہیں۔ کرپٹو، فارکس، اسٹاک وغیرہ سب کی ٹریڈنگ کر سکتے ہیں۔ مہربانی فرما کر جواب عنایت فرمائیں۔

مذکورہ کمپنی اور اس طرح کی دیگر کمپنیوں کے ساتھ معاملات کرنے کے حوالے سے اسٹیٹ بینک کی جانب سے قانونا پابندی عائد ہے،  (اس حوالے سے یہ سرکلر اسٹیٹ بینک کی جانب سے جاری ہوا ہےEPD Circular Letter No. 08 of 2022)۔ اس کے علاوہ مذکورہ کمپنی جو مختلف کام کرتی ہے ان میں شرعاً کئی خرابیاں ہیں، لہٰذا اس کمپنی میں سرمایہ کاری کرنا قانوناً اور شرعاً درست نہیں اجتناب لازم ہے۔

مزید یہ کہ اس کمپنی کے فراڈ/پونزی اسکیم ہونے کے بھی امکانات ہیں۔

4.Restrictions on dealing in Foreign Exchange.  (1)  Except with the previous general or special permission of the State Bank, no person other than an authorised dealer shall in Pakistan, and no person resident in Pakistan other than an authorised dealer shall outside Pakistan, buy or borrow from, or sell or lend to, or exchange with, any person not being an authorised dealer, any foreign exchange.

5.Restrictions on payments. (1) Save as may be provided in and in accordance with any general or special exemption from the provisions of this sub-section which may be granted conditionally or unconditionally by the State Bank, no person in, or resident in, Pakistan shall— 

(a)  make any payment to or for the credit of any person resident outside Pakistan;

4.       In this regard, it is clarified that remittance of foreign exchange directly/ indirectly outside Pakistan to overseas foreign exchange trading, margin trading, and CFD trading apps/ websites/ platforms through any payment channel is not allowed as no general or special permission has been granted by the State Bank under section 5(1) of the FERA.
