Dear Sir,
Assalamualikum, I want to share my assets details, I want to know how much zakat is due on me/ on my family members.
Kindly Guide me how much zakat is to be paid. Urgent response is requested
(1) I own 200 shares of Pakistan Oil Fields Ltd (POL) for the last two years, its value varies on daily basis. I don't exactly remember exact purchase price I think it was Rs, 373/- two years back۔
On May 19, 2017 per share value was Rs. 498 so total value was Rs. 99,600/-But on May 26, 2017 per share value was Rs.520.74 so total value was Rs. 104,148/-
اَلجَوَابْ بِاسْمِ مُلْہِمِ الصَّوَابْ
Zakat of 200 shares of POL will be on the current selling price of shares.
