I want to ask that if a person is working on freelancer.com as a student problem solver and earning money by this method, is it permissible? In this particular type of earning method students ask us to do work on their behalf and pay us in return. This work includes their homework, quizzes, assignment etc. and similarly we write theses and final projects on behalf of students.
Would the money earned by this method be considered Halal or Haram?
Kindly guide me.
اَلجَوَابْ بِاسْمِ مُلْہِمِ الصَّوَابْ
If the task given to you confines you to solving quizzes for students and writing their essays, theses, and assignments etc.., then cooperation in such work is considered as cheating and deceit. Additionally, this contributes in diminishing the education system and ruining public affairs, as many of these individuals shall be nominated to serve the community despite having no education, credibility, or talent. Hence, working for such websites will be impermissible and should not be pursued as a method of earning. The income earned by this method will also be Haram.

قال اللہ تعالی: وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ (المائدۃ: 2)
قال ابن کثیر رحمہ اللہ تعالی: "يأمر تعالى عباده المؤمنين بالمعاونة على فعل الخيرات، وهو البر، وترك المنكرات وهو التقوى، وينهاهم عن التناصر على الباطل، والتعاون على المآثم والمحارم."
قال العلامۃ المرغینانی رحمہ اللہ تعالی: "قال ولا يجوز الاستئجار على الغناء والنوح وكذا سائر الملاهي لأنه استئجار على المعصية والمعصية لا تستحق بالعقد." (الھدایۃ فی شرح البدایۃ: 3/240)
قال العلامة الحصكفي رحمه اللہ تعالی: "(لا تصح الإجارة لعسب التيس) وهو نزوه على الإناث (و) لا (لأجل المعاصي مثل الغناء والنوح والملاهي)." (الدر المختار مع رد المحتار: 6/55)
